Another part of the “hang” is attending holiday parties. I was personallyinvited to a comedy party at an A comedy club which is exciting for being this new in the scene. Despite being on the list and having several acquaintance friends, it felt really awkward. The thing about it is there was a live band, DJ, even a masseuse. But despite all the cool party features, if you don’t have a crew to roll in with or meet up with it’s just not that fun. Am I glad that I went? Yes! Did I have fun? In an awkward, stay near the food kind of way… yes.
